Since 1995

Columbia Homes was originally started in Goldendale, WA in 1995.  We opened the dealership in The Dalles, Oregon in 1999 to serve a larger market, closing the dealership in Goldendale. We opened a second Columbia Homes dealership in Yakima, Washington in 2002 and relocated our Washington dealership to the present location in Union Gap in 2006.

Two locations, one goal

Our Oregon dealership in The Dalles, Oregon sells Golden West homes. Our Washington dealership in Union Gap, Washington sells Marlette homes. At Columbia Manufactured Homes, our Customer Service philosophy is to match you with the home of your dreams.

Our Golden West and Marlette manufactured homes are made in the Pacific Northwest. That means on the average, you can expect to move into your new home just six to eight weeks after the purchase is finalized.

We provide customer service to all of Washington (WA), and Oregon (OR), and California (CA) in the Pacific Northwest. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
